2. How do you envision
to help your customers generate cost savings and become
more globally competitive?
By offering them quality and cost effective locally
made plastic products as a viable alternative to imported
ones. It coordinates closely with its clients starting
from the design phase and help them find not only the
most suitable but also the most cost effective way of
producing the product. It helps its clients in implementing
the JIT (Just–in Time) concept thereby generating
savings in terms of inventory carrying costs and space.
It also assists in clients mange any transition from
non-plastic materials to plastics.

3. What type of
plastic products do you manufacture?
Macropack currently produces injection molded, vacuum
formed, and blow molded plastic products. Please click

4. What kind of
materials do you run?
We are capable of running different injection molding
materials. The materials we use range from engineered
resins to commodity resins such as, but not limited
to ABC, polyethylene, polypropylene and polysterene.

5. Do you have
an in-house tool shop?
Yes, Macropack Corporation has its in-house tool/machine
shop and is capable of designing, fabricating, maintaining,
and repairing its molds, enabling it to render a more
reliable and quicker reaction time to the needs and
requirements of its customers.

6. How many days
per week do you run production?
We normally run production 24 hours per day, six days
per week, with no Sunday production. However, sometimes
we do run even on Sundays if it becomes necessary in
order to support the emergency requirements of our customers.

7. What part drawing
file formats can you accept?
Preferred drawing format accepted is autocad. However,
if necessary, a drawing on a piece of paper or table
napkin will do.
